To place an order, simply add the items you wish to purchase to your cart and checkout. Enter your shipping and billing information and select a payment and shipping option. Review your order and click the Place Order button. Once your order is received, you will receive a confirmation email. You will also be notified when your order is shipped or if we have to cancel your order for any reason. Keep in mind that items are not taken out of inventory until after payment is confirmed, so leaving an item in your cart for an extended amount of time may result in an out of stock notification during checkout.
Once an in-stock order is submitted, we are unable to change or cancel the order. If the order is for a pre-order or back-ordered item, you may cancel prior to processing by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We currently accept payment via Credit Card, Debit Card, and directly thru PayPal. Orders not paid for within 24 hours of your confirmed order will be cancelled.
We charge applicable state & local sales tax for orders shipping/delivered to addresses in South Carolina. For orders shipped to other states, you are responsible for payment of all sales taxes or other taxes. Tax is not charged on the purchase of Gift Cards.
To view a pending or past order, go to your account by clicking the "My Account" link at the top of the page or the "Sign In" link at the bottom of the page. Log in to your account with your e-mail and password. A summary of all your account information and orders will display. You can view the details of any order or change your account information.
