Return & Exchange Policy

Returns

Registered users may fill out the return form (RMA) on this site for approval, provided you were logged in to your account when you placed the order.  Guests must first email us at customercare@littlebitboho.com for approval and return instructions.  

Once we receive and approve the return, a refund will be issued to your card or to your PayPal account within 48 hours.  IF A RETURN DOES NOT MEET OUR CONDITIONS, the package will be refused or we will notify you of your options to have the package returned to you at your expense or we may, at our discretion, issue store credit and/or assess a 20% restocking fee. If you do not respond to our notification of ineligible return within 14 days, we will consider the package as a forfeiture of items. 

For Defective or Wrong Merchandise

Returns will be accepted within 48 hours of receiving your order under the following conditions:

  • Please submit pictures of the manufacturer defect to: customercare@littlebitboho.com within 48 hours of receipt.
  • Items cannot be submitted as defective after they are washed, worn, or once the tags have been removed. 
  • Items with a listed defect sold at a greatly reduced price cannot be returned. 
  • Once the return is approved, we will send you a prepaid return label to ship the item.  You must then ship the item within 2 days.
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we will either send a like replacement or provide a refund.  

For Items that Don't Fit or you Changed Your Mind

Returns will be accepted within seven (7) days of receiving your order only under the following conditions:

  • All items must be returned in their original unworn, unwashed, unaltered condition and must be free from damage, pet hair, stains (including makeup & deodorant), and odor (including perfume and pets).  Any and all original tags must still be attached to the item.
  • Shoes must be returned in the original shoe box and shipped inside a protective shipping bag/box (not just the shoebox itself).  All packing material in the shoe box (dust covers, shoe forms, etc.) must be included.
  • Final Sale, Clearance, Special Offers, Personalized, and Free Gift or Promotional items are not returnable.
  • Undergarments, Earrings, Hats, Head Wraps and other hair accessories, Makeup, Bath & Body items, and Drinkwear are not returnable. 
  • Holiday items are not returnable within 7 days of the holiday or after the holiday has passed.
  • Items with a listed defect sold at a greatly reduced price cannot be returned.
  • We do not refund shipping charges.  If you received free shipping, the actual shipping cost for the returned item(s) may be deducted from your refund unless the original subtotal less the amount you paid for the returned item(s) still meets the threshold for free shipping.
  • We do not pay the return shipping cost for returns unless we sent the wrong item to you. If we are charged additional shipping by the carrier (due to incorrect weight or dimensions etc.), the amount will be deducted from your refund.
  • We are not responsible for items lost/damaged in transit; we recommend tracking and/or purchasing insurance for returns of a high value.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.  Please purchase the desired item(s) and follow the policies above to return the original item(s).
