Return & Exchange Policy

 Returns

Registered users may use the online return form (RMA) on this site for approval, provided you were logged in to your account when you placed the order. We will generate and provide a pre-paid return shipping label for you to use. You must ship the item within 2 days of receiving the label. Once we receive and approve the return, a refund will be issued to your card or to your PayPal account within 48 hours. 

Guests must first email us at customercare@littlebitboho.com for approval and return instructions.  

The following cannot be returned:

  • Items marked Final Sale or Clearance.
  • Personalized, Free Gift, or Promotional items.
  • Undergarments, Earrings, Hats, Head Wraps and other hair accessories, Makeup, Bath & Body items, and Drinkwear. 
  • Holiday items are not returnable within 7 days of the holiday or after the holiday has passed.
  • Items with a listed defect sold at a greatly reduced price cannot be returned.

IF A RETURN DOES NOT MEET OUR CONDITIONS, the package will be refused or we will notify you of your option to have the package returned to you at your expense, or we may, at our discretion, issue a store credit and/or assess a 20% restocking fee. If you do not respond to our notification of your ineligible return within 14 days, we will consider the package as a forfeiture of items. 

  For Defective or Wrong Merchandise

Items cannot be submitted as defective after they are washed, worn, altered, or once the tags have been removed.  You must initiate your return within 72 hours of receiving your order.  Please submit pictures of the manufacturer defect using the online process or email to: customercare@littlebitboho.com.  We will issue a pre-paid label for you to use.  You must ship the item within 2 days of receiving the label.  Once we receive and inspect the item, we will either send a like replacement or provide a refund.  

  For Items that Don't Fit or you Changed Your Mind

You must initiate your return within ten (10) days of receiving your order. We will issue a pre-paid, insured label for you to use. The cost of this label will be deducted from your refund amount when we process your return. You must ship the item within 2 days of receiving the label.  Items must meet the following conditions:

  • All items must be returned in their original unworn, unwashed, unaltered condition and must be free from damage, pet hair, stains (including makeup & deodorant), and odor (including perfume and pets). 
  • Any and all original tags must still be attached to the item.
  • Shoes must be returned in the original shoe box and shipped inside a protective shipping bag/box (not just the shoebox itself).  All packing material in the shoe box (dust covers, shoe forms, etc.) must be included.

We do not refund original shipping charges. If you received free shipping on your order, the actual shipping cost for the returned item(s) may be deducted from your refund unless the original subtotal less the amount you paid for the returned item(s) still meets the threshold for free shipping.

 

  Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.  Please purchase the desired item(s) and follow the policies above to return the original item(s).
